Ghanaian rapper, Manifest, has released the tracklist for his much-anticipated album, “Madina To The Universe.” The album consists of 15 songs and features the likes of M3nsa and Moliy, Chicago-based rapper Vic Mensa, Nigeria’s Adekunle Gold, Patoranking and Ladipoe as well as Tiggs da Author. He also expressed gratitude to all who joined hands in making the album a success by stating that: “Grateful to all my collaborators for showing up and showing out.”
Amaarae charting on Billboard
Ghanaian-American singer and songwriter, Amaarae and Moliy’s remix of “Sad Girlz Luv Money” featuring US-Colombian Kali Uchis debuts on Billboard Hot 100 chart. Some sources say that this makes Amaarae and Moliy the first Ghanaians to break into the Billboard Hot 100 charts and aside that, the remix is number-one on the Shazam US Chart, beating the likes of Lil Nax and Adele.
Davido Cash Out
Nigerian artiste, Davido caused a stir on social media when he started what was meant to be a joke, turning into a major blowup. He told fans in a tweet to send him money ahead of his birthday celebration for enjoying his music over all these years. In a nutshell, the singer raised an amount of approximately 200 million Naira. This had Davido on the number one trend spot worldwide. Meanwhile, Medikal was the only Ghanaian celebrity who contributed to this amount.
